Lounge Lovers is seeking a Sales Team Member to join our growing team in Newcastle, NSW.

You will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service whilst driving sales and building lasting relationships with our clients.
This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about sales and customer satisfaction, and who thrives in a fast-paced retail setting.Key responsibilitiesProvide expert product knowledge and personalised recommendations to customers to help them find the perfect furniture solutionsActively engage with customers on the sales floor, understanding their needs and preferencesClose sales transactions efficiently and accurately, ensuring all documentation is completed correctlyMaintain a deep understanding of current product ranges, pricing, and promotional offersBuild and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referralsAssist with merchandising and maintaining an attractive, well-organised showroom environmentProcess customer inquiries and follow up on leads in a timely mannerCollaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the storeHandle customer complaints professionally and work towards resolutionWhat we're looking forProven experience in a sales role, ideally within retail, furniture,
