This includes providing technical advice, identifying and resolving problems, and troubleshooting.The Program Manager – ICT will assist with professional hardware and software support and maintenance to enable the continued provision of essential services in a timely, efficient and effective manner.About YouTo excel in this position, you should possess the following qualifications and qualities:A relevant ICT qualification combined with significant industry experience in a similar ICT role, or an equivalent combination of 8–10 years' experience and training.Demonstrated knowledge and experience relevant to this role as described below.Significant experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Windows Workstation and Windows Server configuration, installation, maintenance, support and troubleshooting in a controlled standard operating environment.Significant experience in network switch and router configuration, management and support.Experience in providing technical advice,
