modernising core platforms, integrating newly acquired parts of the business, and reshaping operations from the ground up.What You'll Be Working OnYou will take ownership across a broad, genuinely engaging program of work, including:Operations Modernisation – contributing to a major program rolling out new tooling across core operational functionsDigital Customer Experience – helping modernise and evolve customer-facing platformsBusiness Integration – supporting the integration of newly acquired businesses into the groupData Infrastructure – working on foundational data capability that will underpin the business for years to comeWhat We're Looking ForYou're an experienced strategic BA who doesn't need to be told what to do.
You're comfortable walking into a room of senior stakeholders, asking the sharp questions,
