These roles involve delivering high-quality psychological assessment and counselling services to individuals across a range of presentations, including EAP, Medicare and wellbeing programs.This opportunity suits psychologists seeking secure employment, strong professional support, meaningful clinical work and long‐term career progression within a nationally operating, Indigenous-owned organisation.Duties and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will:Conduct psychological assessments to identify cognitive, emotional and behavioural needsProvide individual and group counselling using evidence‐based psychological approachesDevelop, implement and review treatment and intervention plansMonitor client progress and adjust interventions to optimise outcomesPrepare accurate and timely clinical documentation, reports and treatment summariesCommunicate professionally with referrers, including GPs and other health professionalsMaintain complete and compliant client records in line with legislation and organisational systemsApply psychological principles to support client wellbeing, resilience and functional recoveryParticipate in program delivery,
