ResponsibilitiesManage contract administration and commercial activities across development projects, ensuring compliance and successful project delivery.Provide commercial support on client and contractor contracts, including claims, variations, extensions of time and contractual correspondence.Administer upstream and downstream contracts, identifying and mitigating commercial and contractual risks.Maintain project documentation, reports, registers, meeting minutes and contract records to support project governance.Coordinate tendering, procurement, consultant and contractor agreements, payment claims and project approvals.RequirementsDegree-qualified in Engineering, Construction Management, Property or a related discipline.Experience within a Tier 1 contractor workplace, undertaking contract administration, project coordination or commercial management responsibilitiesStrong understanding of contract management, procurement, claims, variations and commercial risk management with the ability to independently produce a full cost reportKnowledge of engineering and building principles, construction documentation,
