This is a hands‐on, customer‐facing support role, not project‐based work, and is ideally suited to a seasoned SAP FICO specialist who thrives in a structured support setting and takes pride in delivering quality outcomes for clients.
The role reports into our AMS practice leadership and is open to both permanent and contract applicants based anywhere in Australia.
Remote / Flexible work from anywhere in Australia or New Zealand.Your tasks and responsibilitiesProvide expert‐level SAP FICO functional support across AMS engagements, including incident management, problem resolution, and change requestsEngage directly with customers to understand, triage, and resolve support queries in a timely and professional mannerPerform configuration, testing, and documentation activities within SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud environmentsContribute to continuous improvement of support processes,
