We support Azure-hosted customers exclusively, and our consultants don't just keep the lights on — they design, build, and improve the environments they support.
Expect roughly a ***** split between managed services support and hands-on build and enhancement work.We're a destination team.
That means we're looking for people who want to grow technically, take ownership, and work closely with customers — not just respond to tickets.What the role involvesProvide level 3 support to managed services customers, covering Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Request Fulfilment,



Event Management and MonitoringParticipate in a paid on-call/after-hours on a rotating roster for Major IncidentsDeliver Azure enhancement, build and development services to customersIdentify and implement uplift and modernisation opportunities in customer environmentsApply an automate-first approach to improve reliability at scaleBuild, configure and deploy Infrastructure as Code (IaC) pipelines using Azure DevOps, Bicep, Terraform, GitHub and Git-based branching workflowsHarden the security posture of customer environmentsPerform and automate FinOps and security posture reporting, and implement the recommendations that come out of itUse AI tooling to automate repetitive tasks, improve the consistency and quality of our services, and free up time for higher-value workAttend customer meetings (sometimes onsite) and drive outcomesMost common tech you'll use day-to-dayBicep and/or Terraform (Bicep is our primary IaC language)What you'll bringExperience with Microsoft Azure infrastructureDeep understanding of Azure Networking including enterprise Azure design patterns, landing zones and hub-spoke networkingExperience with KQLExperience with IaC — primarily Bicep, and/or TerraformScripting or automation experience in PowerShellFamiliarity with DevOps delivery practices including CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, environment promotion,
