Task & responsibilities
Analyse business requirements and understand business/IT landscape, constraints, and system dependenciesConduct requirement workshops (JAD sessions) and translate business needs into detailed functional, process, and system specification documentsPerform gap analysis and define target process flows and contribute to solution designsContribute to process modelling, data modelling, and integration designEnsure knowledge assets are updated and reusable across projectsSupport deployment planning and execution in line with project timelinesIdentify and mitigate risks related to cutover and data migrationCoordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth system go-liveAssist in training, knowledge sharing, and user onboarding activitiesProvide post-deployment support and track effectiveness of implemented solutionsProvide functional inputs for system behaviour, integrations,



and frontend interactionsUtilize Backbase platform knowledge to assist in digital solution design and implementation discussionsAssist in resolving requirement clarifications during development lifecycleCommunicate issue status and solutions effectively to stakeholders
Qualification & experience
Bachelor's / Master's Degree in an IT (or related) discipline
10+ years' experience as a programmer/ developer
Backbase front end developer Certification
Good experience working in software solutions for financial sector
Exposure to SQL, HTML5, ReactJS, RESTAPI and Backbase 5
Strong banking domain understanding including regulatory compliance needs, AML, lifecycle management of banking products
Business analysis and requirement gathering experience
Process modelling and documentation experience
Agile methodology experience
Strong stakeholder management skills (including customer).
Advanced skills in problem solving, decision making and critical thinking.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team and lead junior technical members
