Banana Shire Council is seeking a Full-Time Team Leader to join our Reticulation team in Biloela, QLD.About the roleTo provide leadership to the reticulation team on planned and unplanned construction and maintenance tasks related to Council's water supply and sewerage infrastructure and assets throughout the Shire.What you'll be doingLead and supervise the reticulation teamInstall, operate and maintain Council's water supply and sewerage reticulation schemes and infrastructureRespond to maintenance issues that arise in the reticulation networks throughout the ShireRectify issues based on priority and available resources to restore normal operating conditionsAssist with planned maintenance tasks and capital works projects as requiredCoordinate staff and resources to complete set projectsComplete and maintain log sheets, asset records and monthly reports and associated administrative tasksUndertake stocktakes and advise of stock consumption and requirementsProvide assistance to the team as requiredParticipate in toolbox and team meetingsAssist with the maintenance of Water and Sewerage Treatment PlantsContribute to the promotion of the image of the Council and the maximisation of good public relationsLiaise with clients,
