Our Mission is to Curate Happiness and Offer Independence to our Participants with our Personalised - Supports.We are seeking an experienced Head of Operations to lead and strengthen our growing NDIS and Aged Care operations.Reporting to the Managing Director, this senior leadership role will oversee key service areas including NDIS Service Delivery, Support Coordination and Support at Home, with a strong focus on operational performance, accountability, quality and sustainable growth.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide leadership and oversight across operational departmentsLead and support Team Leaders to achieve strong performance and service outcomesMonitor KPIs, productivity,



utilisation and departmental performanceStrengthen management reporting, dashboards, systems and processesIdentify operational gaps, risks and inefficiencies and drive corrective actionImprove accountability, communication and follow-through across teamsWork collaboratively across Service Delivery, Support Coordination, Quality & HR functionsDrive continuous improvement, service expansion and sustainable growthAbout YouSenior management experience within NDIS, Aged Care or community servicesStrong knowledge of NDIS Service Delivery and Support CoordinationSupport at Home / aged care experience highly regardedProven experience leading teams and improving operational performanceStrong analytical, reporting and performance-management capabilityCommercially minded with a strong focus on quality, compliance, efficiency and growthHirer responsiveness Salary match Number of applicants
