Job DescriptionAre you an experienced Travel Manager or Senior Travel Consultant looking for an exciting short-term contract?
We're looking for a confident travel qualified to join a busy team and manage the group travel arrangements for a major incentive event taking place in late October ****.This is a hands‐on role where you'll be coordinating a high volume of travel arrangements, managing changes and amendments, liaising with airlines and ensuring every traveler receives exceptional service from booking through to departure.THE ROLECoordinate flights and travel arrangements for a large incentive groupManage bookings, amendments, changes and traveler enquiriesLiaise directly with airline group departmentsHandle a high volume of calls and emails in the lead‐up to the eventProvide accurate,



responsive and professional customer serviceWork closely with the wider team to ensure travel arrangements run smoothlyAbout the CandidateStrong travel consulting or travel management experiencePrevious experience managing large group travel highly regardedExperience working with Virgin Australia, Qantas and Jetstar Groups Department preferredGDS experience advantageousExcellent attention to detail and organisational skillsAbility to prioritise and remain calm in a fast‐paced environmentStrong communication and customer service skillsAvailable to work in the office a minimum of 3 days per weekIf you're an experienced travel professional who loves the buzz of group travel, thrives under pressure and can hit the ground running, this is a fantastic opportunity to work on an exciting major event.
