Appointment and ongoing employment will be subject to continued compliance with this policy directive.Selection CriteriaPossess, or be eligible to possess, specialist registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)Possess Fellowship of the Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia (FRCPA) in Anatomical Pathology, or equivalent as provided for in the Staff Specialist's State AwardHas demonstrated knowledge, skills and a high standard of practice across the broad areas of Anatomical Pathology including dermatopathology, gastrointestinal pathology and cytopathology including gynaecological and non-gynaecological cytopathologyexpertise in one or more of haematopathology, neuropathology and molecular pathology is an advantageand a willingness to develop specific areas of interest as discussed with the head of Department and the subspeciality lead pathologists from time to timeDemonstrated ongoing contribution to the development, dissemination, and translation of recent knowledge and practices commensurate with work in an academic teaching hospital environmentDemonstrated knowledge, experience and commitment to the implementation of best practice and clinical service innovationDemonstrated ability to lead and work within a multidisciplinary environment with excellent interpersonal and communications skillsDemonstrated commitment to teaching at specialty registrar,
