As we continue to expand our renewable energy footprint across Australia, we're seeking an experienced Stakeholder & Community Engagement Manager to help build trusted relationships, strengthen communities, and support the delivery of impactful renewable energy projects.If you're passionate about stakeholder engagement, community outcomes, and creating lasting social value, this is an opportunity to make a genuine difference.The OpportunityReporting into the Stakeholder and Communications team, you will lead stakeholder, community, First Nations and government engagement initiatives across Gentari's Australian renewable energy portfolio.You will play a critical role in building and maintaining social licence to operate, supporting project approvals, identifying stakeholder risks and opportunities, and delivering meaningful community engagement and investment programs.This is a highly influential position where your ability to develop trust, navigate complex stakeholder environments, and communicate effectively will directly contribute to project success.Key Responsibilities:Stakeholder & Government EngagementDevelop and execute stakeholder engagement strategies across the project lifecycle.Build trusted relationships with communities, landholders, First Nations groups,



government agencies and regulatorsRepresent Gentari at community consultations, industry forums and stakeholder meetingsProvide strategic advice on stakeholder risks, issues and opportunitiesCommunity Engagement & Social ImpactDeliver community consultation programs that support project development and approvals.Lead community investment, sponsorship and partnership initiatives.Develop programs that create meaningful and sustainable benefits for local communities.Communications & AdvocacyPrepare stakeholder communications, presentations, briefing papers and engagement materials.Support advocacy and industry engagement activitiesAssist with issues management and stakeholder communication during sensitive situations.Project & Regulatory SupportPartner closely with development, environmental and construction teams.Support project approvals and environmental assessment processes.Ensure stakeholder commitments and engagement obligations are tracked and delivered.Manage coach and develop the Stakeholder & Community Engagement AnalystAbout You:We're looking for a relationship-focused professional who thrives in dynamic project environments and enjoys working with diverse stakeholder groups.What you'll bring:Minimum 5-7+ years' stakeholder engagement experience, ideally with experience in the renewable energy sector managing community engagement requirements.Tertiary qualifications in communications/stakeholder engagement (desirable) and or journalism.Certified skilled qualifications/training in stakeholder engagement - IAP2 (desirable) or equivalent.Planning and environmental impact assessment experience in the renewable energy sector.Strong capability to relate to communities and develop collateral that presents information in digestible and easy to understand formats.Experience managing community consultation and project approvals processesExceptional communication, relationship-building and influencing skillsMedia training would be looked upon favourably but is not essentialAbility to work autonomously while collaborating with high-performing teamsAbility to travel both domestically and internationally as requiredAustralian Citizenship or Permanent Residency and a valid driver's licenceWhy Gentari?
