Manage the appointment book, recall systems, and day-to-day patient flow Oversee rostering, recruitment, onboarding, and performance for the support team Manage billing, HICAPS/Medicare claims, accounts payable/receivable, and budget reporting Ensure compliance with NSW WHS requirements and Dental Board of Australia infection control guidelines Handle patient complaints and escalations with professionalism and care Coordinate local marketing and promotions — Google Business Profile, community outreach, patient communications Act as first point of contact for our IT and website support providers Partner with the owners on practice growth initiativesAbout You Demonstrated experience in practice or business management — dental or allied health highly regarded (Minimum 1 Year experience) Strong understanding of NSW workplace health and safety requirements Confident with budgeting, reporting, and day-to-day financial management Experience managing rosters, recruitment, and staff performance Excellent communicator,
