Construction Project Manager | ToowoombaWe're partnering with an established Queensland builder looking to appoint an experienced Construction Project Manager to join their growing team.With a solid pipeline across social housing, commercial, automotive and retirement living, you'll take ownership of projects typically ranging from $5M-$10M, with larger developments reaching approximately $30M.This is a outstanding opportunity for someone who enjoys working within a lean project team where you can genuinely take ownership rather than getting lost within layers of management.About the RoleWorking alongside the General Manager and Construction Manager, you'll be responsible for the successful commercial and operational delivery of your projects from pre-construction through to completion.The business operates with a lean internal structure consisting of Project Managers, Contract Administration and Site Management.Your responsibilities will include:End-to-end management of commercial construction projectsManaging project budgets, forecasting and commercial performanceProcurement and management of subcontractor packagesContract administration, variations, claims and cost controlProgramming and monitoring construction progressWorking closely with Site Managers to drive project deliveryManaging client,
