Leading Hand Form Work CarpenterBoston Built Pty Ltd | Arundel, Gold Coast QLD$120,000 - $150,000 + Super | Full-Time | Long-Term Career OpportunityBUILD WITH BOSTON BUILTBoston Built Pty Ltd is a fully integrated commercial builder and developer with a major pipeline of projects extending through to **** and beyond.We're looking for an experienced, energetic and motivated Leading Hand Carpenter to join our growing construction team on our Arundel development comprising 115 industrial units.This is not a role where you'll spend your days sitting in an office.You'll be on the tools, leading from the front and working alongside your team every day.We're looking for someone who knows how to get the best out of people, leads by example and genuinely enjoys being part of a team.ABOUT THE ROLEYou'll be responsible for leading a team of up to 10 carpenters and construction workers, while remaining hands-on and working alongside them.Your responsibilities will include:Leading and coordinating a team of up to 10Planning daily works and allocating tasksWorking on the tools alongside your teamDriving productivity and maintaining high standardsMotivating and supporting your teamCoordinating with our construction management teamWorking closely with our formwork, steel fixing, concreting, panel and crane crewsMaintaining quality and attention to detailEnsuring safe work practices are followedReading plans and working to construction schedulesIdentifying issues early and working with management to resolve themHelping build a positive,
