Reporting to the Shift Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring all customer orders are fulfilled on time, in full and with a high degree of accuracy.
You will oversee multiple operational zones and drive safe, efficient, and high-quality outcomes across the PM shift.Plan and manage fulfilment activities across AFrame, Route, PiE, Case Pick, Fridge and GHIV/DD, ensuring all orders are waved, picked and completed within required service windowsOversee dispatch operations, including order collation, manifesting,
issuing to drivers and meeting dispatch targetsMonitor daily productivity and accuracy to ensure optimal performance while maintaining a safe working environmentIdentify and plan staffing requirements to meet service and cost KPIsTrain and upskill team members to ensure coverage across peak activity and operational demandsAnalyse QA, fulfilment and dispatch data to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actionsCollaborate closely with Inventory and Inbound teams to optimise product flow and picking efficienciesLead and engage the dispatch team, fostering robust collaboration with other Fulfilment Centre teamsPromote and uphold a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with safety, wellbeing and operational standardsSupport continuous improvement initiatives, encouraging team feedback, new ideas and better ways of workingIf you're ready to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.What you'll bring:Proven experience in a leadership role within FMCG, supply chain or a high-volume operational environmentDemonstrated ability to use data, knowledge and experience to identify problems potentially impacting teams or programs and proactively develop and implement effective solutionsDemonstrated capability to lead, support and manage change within teams.
Understanding the impact on the team and taking ownership for implementation of changeDemonstrated capability to communicate clearly and concisely ensuring messages are understood by all within the team using a range of communication techniques.
Ability to express ideas clearly, listen effectively and provide feedback constructivelyDemonstrated understanding of key drivers of success within teams to enable achievement of organisational goals.
