The RoleWe are seeking a Cert IV qualified Personal Trainer to coach our B-Active Functional Training Classes and assist with gym floor operations.Key Responsibilities:Coaching B-Active Functional Training ClassesMember engagement and relationship buildingTechnique correction and exercise coachingConducting beginner inductions for new membersMaintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming gym environmentSupporting members to achieve their fitness goalsCertificate IV in Fitness (essential)Certificate III in Fitness (preferred)Strong coaching and communication skillsPassion for health, fitness, and member successBonus Qualifications & Experience:Group fitness instruction experienceCycle/Spin instructionReformer PilatesOther group fitness certificationsPrevious industry experience is highly regarded!
