Ballarat.In this role, you will be responsible for the following:People welfare, including onboarding, probationary checks and discussions, issuing warning and termination letters, and employee retentionPayroll reconciliations regarding timesheet managementPLS (Pacific Labour Scheme) worker mobilisationTransporting employees to clinics, in the case of an incidentReports for VEVO checksManagement of clients and employeesAttendance managementWhat You Will NeedTo be successful in this role you will have a drive to deliver and be a highly organised individual.
You will be passionate about helping others succeed and be committed to this role.You will also:Have experience managing people and teamsAdministration/HR/payroll experience is highly desirableHave a Drivers licence and vehicleBe willing to obtain a Police CheckBe vaccinated against against COVID-19Be willing and able to be vaccinated against QFeverPlease note only successful applicants will be contacted.
