supervision and security to vulnerable children and young people residing in our Secure Care Service facilities.As a Direct Care Worker your role would involve empowering children and young people to make positive changes in their lives.
You would act as part of a network of care, helping them establish and follow a daily structure, achieve important goals, and develop essential life skills.The role is varied, challenging, and rewarding.
