Our multi-award-winning organisation is looking to recruit a Kitchen Assistant to join our Hospitality team.
This role may include some weekend working.The role of Kitchen Assistant will involve the delivery of Hospitality Services within our Campus, Care Homes, and Community Centres to excellent standards.This post is working 37.5 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 and will require some weekend working on a rota basis.Typical shifts are 7am to 3pm or 11am to 7pm.What you will be doingYou will have a key role ensuring we deliver an excellent service to our customers, creating an inviting and pleasant environment.
Your core duties will involve:Basic food preparation including vegetables, salads, and sandwichesMaintaining a clean, hygienic, and presentable environmentPreparing and arranging food counters and dining areas, ready for serviceServing hot & cold food and beveragesOperating the till and cashing up when requiredWho are we looking for?
You will ideally have previous experience working within a busy kitchen environment, working both independently and within a team.
