WE'RE HIRING | MATERIALS PROCESSING SALES ENGINEERTricon are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Materials Processing Sales Engineer to join our growing team.This is a senior sales-focused role for someone who understands crushing, screening, washing, conveying and materials processing equipment and knows how to turn technical knowledge into commercially successful solutions for customers.You'll work directly with customers across the quarrying, mining, recycling, construction materials and extractive industries, helping them select and configure equipment and processing solutions to improve production, efficiency and profitability.The role will include:Developing new equipment and plant sales opportunitiesBuilding strong relationships with quarry, mining and recycling customersUnderstanding customer applications, feed materials and production requirementsRecommending crushing, screening, washing and conveying solutionsPreparing equipment selections, plant concepts,



quotations and proposalsConducting site visits and application assessmentsDeveloping new customers while growing existing key accountsWorking closely with our OEM partners and internal technical teamsFollowing opportunities from initial enquiry through to commissioning and ongoing supportTaking ownership of sales targets, pipeline development and revenue growthWe're looking for someone with:Experience in crushing, screening, quarrying, mining, recycling or materials processingStrong technical knowledge of mobile and/or fixed processing equipmentCapital sales experienceA strong commercial mindset and ability to close dealsExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsThe ability to work independently and actively develop new businessA willingness to travel and spend time with customers in the fieldExperience with crushers, screens, trommels, washing systems, conveyors or complete processing plants would be highly regarded.This is an chance to represent a strong portfolio of international equipment manufacturers and play a key role in growing our materials processing business throughout Australia.We are looking for someone who is technically capable, commercially hungry and genuinely passionate about machinery and materials processing.A highly competitive remuneration package will be offered to attract the right person, including base salary, vehicle and performance based incentives.
