The Client is seeking an experienced Channel Sales Manager to drive sales across NSW, VIC and SA house and land projects.
Based in Sydney CBD, you will build and manage a network of project marketers, property investment groups, buyer's agents, brokers and referral partners.You will sell the developer's own house and land projects while representing wholesale land.
The monthly target is 8 to 10 sales, supported by a solid project pipeline and an experienced internal team.
