This is a hands on, field based role suited to a motivated technician who takes pride in quality workmanship, exceptional customer service, working safely, and delivering practical solutions to our customers.About the RoleWorking across a variety of customer sites, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining and repairing overhead cranes, electric hoists and winches, ensuring equipment is operating safely and efficiently:Carrying out scheduled and preventative maintenanceAttending breakdowns to diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faultsUsing our InspectSafe portal to complete detailed service reports and compliance documentation with a high level of accuracyCommunicating with customers,
