Uniting NSW & ACT, Kari Court in St Ives, NSW, seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to lead clinical care for residents with dementia.
You will develop, deliver and evaluate individualized care plans and provide clinical services.You will liaise with medical staff and families, supervise Personal Care Workers, and practice holistically to meet residents' goals.
Minimum 12 months dementia experience and current AHPRA registration required.
