The Eastern Metropolitan Regional Council (EMRC) is seeking an experienced Manager Human Resources to lead contemporary people strategies that strengthen culture, build workforce capability, support organisational performance and workplace safety.Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this senior leadership position partners with the Executive Leadership Team to drive strategic workforce initiatives, organisational development and learning, and to lead capability development across EMRC.
