It is expected that you will have demonstrated experience in a similar role within the land development sector.It is expected that the successful applicant will have the following skills and attributes:Project ScopeMeet with Client/Project Director to gather informationMeet with external parties to refine scope and create fee proposalPresent fee proposal to the Client/Project DirectorProject ManagementAttend and administer at team project meetingsAssist in developing an overall project programMonitor program,
