This role is ideal for someone compassionate, dependable, and enjoys making a meaningful difference in the lives of older people.Duties and ResponsibilitiesYour duties may include:Domestic assistance, including general cleaning, laundry, meal preparation and household tasksSocial support, including assistance with shopping, appointments and community outingsPersonal care, including showering, toileting, dressing, transfers, mobility support, feeding and continence careMedication prompting and supervision, in line with care plans and company proceduresCompanionship and dementia supportSupporting clients with mobility, light exercise and daily routinesMonitoring and reporting changes in a client's health,
