This is a part time role working 30 hours per fortnight with shifts across mornings, afternoons, and occasional nights during the week.Located in the City of Kalamunda Jeremiah Donovan House caters for 65 residents and offers a full range of services including nursing care, medication management, personal care, hospitality services and dementia support services.
Residents also receive support from allied health professionals.Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:Assisting with personal care such as showering and dressingReading and following individual care plansWorking under the guidance of Shift Managers (Nursing & Facility)Building solid, respectful relationships with residents and their familiesShowing compassion and patience in every interactionAbout you:You enjoy spending time with elderly people and are comfortable working independentlyYou're organised, proactive, and able to multitask effectivelyYou have great communication skills (spoken and written) and attention to detail for accurate record keepingTo be considered,



you'll need:Certificate III in Aged Care / Individual SupportExperience in Aged CareInitiative and the ability to prioritise tasks effectivelyWhether you've recently completed your studies and are ready to start your career in aged care, or you're looking for a rewarding role where you can make a real difference, we'd love to hear from you!
