This is a full-time position based in Wetherill Park, NSW ****.
As a 3PL Crew Member, you will be a vital part of our third-party logistics operations, supporting the efficient movement, storage, and distribution of goods for our clients.
This role is essential to maintaining our reputation for reliability, accuracy, and exceptional service in the warehousing and logistics sector.What you'll be doingReceiving, checking, and processing incoming goods and shipments with attention to detail and accuracyPicking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch according to client specifications and delivery requirementsOperating warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, safely and efficientlyOrganising and maintaining inventory in the warehouse, ensuring stock is stored correctly and is easily accessiblePerforming quality control checks to ensure products are in good condition and orders are accurate before shipmentMaintaining a clean, protected, and organised warehouse environment, adhering to health and safety standardsAssisting with stocktakes and inventory audits as requiredFollowing warehouse management systems and using scanning technology to track and record inventory movementsWorking collaboratively with other team members to meet daily targets and deadlinesWhat we're looking forProven experience working in a warehouse, distribution centre, or similar logistics environmentStrong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when handling orders and inventoryPhysical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting, carrying, and operating equipmentExcellent organisational and time management skills,
