4-Day Work Week with overtime opportunitiesCompetitive hourly rate based on experienceSecure permanent employment with a leading Australian manufacturerWork on some of the largest and most impressive transport equipment in AustraliaFamily-owned business with over 65 years of successAbout the RoleAs a Sandblaster, you will play a critical role in preparing our industry‐leading trailers and components for painting and final finishing.Working within our specialised Surface Finishing team, you'll be responsible for ensuring all components meet Drake's high standards of quality, durability, and workmanship before entering the coating process.This is a hands‐on role suited to someone who takes pride in their work, values quality, and understands the importance of attention to detail.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare trailers, components,
