This full-time role is integral to our manufacturing operations, allowing you to play a hands-on part in creating high-quality products for our customers.We are seeking hands on, and reliable candidates have good communication skills and willingness to learn.
Daily activities will vary include operating mixers, blenders, batch make ups, repacking and at times you may be working aloneor with other team members.What you'll be doingOperate production machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient mannerMonitor production processes and troubleshoot any issues that arisePerform routine maintenance and cleaning tasks to ensure optimal machine performanceMaintain accurate records and documentation related to production activitiesAdhere to all health,



safety and quality control protocolsCollaborate with team members to identify process improvementsOpportunities for progression within the production team will be offered to high performing production operators.Full time employmentFriendly and diverse team environmentAbove award hourly ratesDay shift, 5 days working per week, Monday - Friday (38 hours)Onsite staff car parkingClose to major freeways and arterial roadsMinimum Skills and ExperiencePhysically fit and ability to lift 25Kg bagsDemonstrate awareness of safety requirementsCurrent Forklift license, added as an advantage.Valuable communication skills, verbal and writtenAble to understand and follow simple written instructions and complete batch documentationWhat we're looking forProven experience as a production operator or similar role in a manufacturing environmentStrong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate a variety of production equipmentExcellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high quality standardsGood problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsAbility to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced production settingRelevant technical qualifications or certifications would be highly regardedWhat we offerAt Sun Ace Australia, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
