We're looking for an experienced and motivated PastryCommis Chef to join our kitchen teamsacross our South East Melbourne venues.
This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified pastry chef who is passionate about creating quality desserts and wants to help bring our dessert range to life across our venues.This role is offered on a casual basis, with the potential for a full‐time opportunity for the right candidate.

each focused on delivering great hospitality experiences within their local communities.What You'll Be Doing In The KitchenPreparing and producing dessert menu items to our high-quality standardsSupporting the development and delivery of dessert offerings across venuesJumping in to support senior chefs with prep, plating and service when things get busyManaging your section effectively and ensuring your workstation is organised and service-readyKeeping food safety and hygiene locked in at all times (non-negotiable)What We're Looking ForFood Allergens and Do Food Safely CertificateExperience in a busy pub, bistro or high-volume kitchenSolid understanding of basic cooking methods and how to execute a recipe properlyWillingness to work a rotating roster including nights, weekends and public holidaysA Role That Keeps You MovingThis is a fast‐paced, hands‐on hospitality leadership role.
