fun team environmentParking provided for all staffDuties and Responsibilities:Provide reception support for the officeProvide administrative support to a team of AccountantsPreparation of documents and correspondence on behalf of AccountantsDeal directly with clients on behalf of AccountantsOnboarding of new clientsLiaise with the ATO and ASIC to undertake associated dutiesContribute to process and system improvementsUndertake general administrative duties as requiredAbout You:Ideally you will have at least 2 years of experience working in a similar roleExceptional client service skills with a client-centric approach to your workYou will be proactive being conscious of deadlines and meeting timeframesYour attention to detail will be exceptionalYou enjoy making a positive contribution to a broader team
