Your job is to understand their situation, ask the right questions, qualify the opportunity and book quality appointments for our senior strategy team.
This is not a high volume call centre role and it's not about reading from a script and pushing people into appointments.Key responsibilitiesSpeaking with warm leads and existing database contactsBuilding rapport and understanding each person's situationAsking the right questions to properly qualify opportunitiesBooking qualified appointments for our senior strategy teamFollowing up prospects who aren't ready to book immediatelyManaging your pipeline and keeping accurate recordsWorking towards clear appointment and performance targetsProviding a professional experience from the very first conversationAbout youHave previous appointment setting experience and a proven track recordAre confident speaking with people on the phone throughout the dayKnow how to build trust and rapport quicklyCan ask good qualifying questions rather than simply follow a scriptAre organised and disciplined with follow upsAre self motivated and comfortable working towards targetsAre professional, reliable and take pride in the quality of your workWant to learn, improve and grow with the businessExperience or knowledge within property, finance, mortgages, wealth, banking or real estate will be highly regarded$55,000 base salary + superRealistic OTE of $80,000 to $110,000+ for high performersOngoing training and mentoring from experienced professionalsClear systems, processes and performance expectationsGenuine long term career opportunitiesA supportive team environmentMonday to Friday work, with weekend work optionalBe careful - Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
