This is a hands-on role combining quality coffee making, front-of-house service, and beverage preparation in a fast-paced, people-focused setting.You'll be responsible for delivering consistently great coffee and drinks, supporting café service during busy periods, maintaining a clean and well-run workspace, and creating a welcoming experience for members and guests.




You'll work closely with the wider team to keep daily operations running smoothly and uphold our service standards.This is a casual position, working across all our locations in Victoria and within the café's opening hours.Key ResponsibilitiesCoffee & Beverage PreparationPrepare high-quality espresso coffee, milk-based drinks, and other beverages to recipePrepare smoothies and protein drinks as part of daily beverage serviceOperate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and related equipmentMaintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentationComplete daily cleaning, weekly deep cleans, and basic equipment maintenanceFront of House & Customer ServiceGreet members and guests warmly and provide friendly, efficient serviceTake orders, process payments, and provide menu guidance when neededServe food and beverages and maintain a clean, welcoming service areaAnticipate customer needs and resolve issues professionallyHelp foster a positive, community-driven atmosphereOperations & StockMonitor stock levels and assist with ordering and restockingSupport daily prep, stock rotation, and minimise wastageMaintain hygiene, food safety, and internal compliance standardsEnsure the café/bar area is organised, clean, and fully operationalTeam SupportWork collaboratively with the team during serviceLead by example with a professional,
