Community College-Northern Inland – Inverell NSW Community College Northern Inland is seeking an organised and customer-focused Campus Administration Assistant to join our team at our Inverell Campus.
This is a varied front-line position providing customer service and administrative support to students, trainers and staff, while assisting with student enrolments, course administration and the day-to-day operation of the campus.
The position is part-time, working 28 hours across four days per week, from 8.30 am to 4.00 pm, Tuesday to Friday.
About CCNI Community College Northern Inland is a not-for-profit, approved vocational education and training provider delivering education and training opportunities from seven campuses across the Recent England North-West region.

About the Role Working closely with the Campus Coordinator, trainers and the wider CCNI team, the Campus Administration Assistant provides front-line customer service, student support and administration for student enrolments and classes.
The role assists students throughout the key stages of their experience with CCNI and helps ensure that student records, course documentation and campus administration are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Key responsibilities will include: Greeting students,
visitors and staff and providing front-line customer service Answering and directing phone calls and responding to general enquiries Assisting with student enrolment documentation and routine data entry Maintaining accurate student records and filing systems Sorting and distributing mail and electronic correspondence Scanning and filing documents using approved systems such as EzeScan Assisting with the preparation of classrooms and training spaces Ensuring rooms are appropriately set up and course supplies are available Supporting trainers with routine administrative requests Assisting with receipting course fees and basic banking processes under supervision Monitoring and ordering stationery, kitchen items and other campus supplies Supporting a welcoming, tidy and organised campus environment Participating in staff meetings, training and professional development activities About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Strong communication skills and a commitment to customer service Sound skills in Microsoft 365 or a similar cloud-based system, including Word, Outlook and Excel Sound email and file-management skills Accurate data-entry skills and strong attention to detail A mature work ethic and the ability to use good judgement The ability to learn third-party software and applications, including student management systems Experience working effectively as part of a team Experience handling confidential information with discretion The ability to work independently A current driver's licence and access to a comprehensively insured vehicle The successful applicant will be required to provide a current Working with Children Check and National Police Check before commencing employment.
