What You'll Do
As part of the IT team, you'll learn valuable skills while supporting staff across the business.
Your day could include:
Being the first point of contact for IT support and Help Desk enquiriesSetting up and maintaining computers, laptops and mobile devicesAssisting with troubleshooting hardware, software and network issuesSupporting Wi‐Fi, printers and connectivity across the businessHelping roll out new software and technology upgradesManaging user accounts, passwords and access permissionsMonitoring systems and reporting any issuesWorking alongside experienced IT professionals on projects and daily operationsLearning how business technology systems work in a real-world environment
