Laverton, VIC | Monday to Friday | 6:00am - 2:30pm$38 - $45 per hour + Super (Negotiable based on experience)Zoom Recruitment is partnering with a leading global agricultural company renowned for delivering cutting-edge crop protection solutions, advanced seed technologies, and sustainable farming practices that help farmers improve productivity and achieve long-term success.We are currently seeking an experienced Lagger Insulator to join their maintenance team based in Laverton.This is an excellent opportunity to secure a role with a well-established organization that places a strong focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.About the RoleWorking within the site's maintenance team, you will be responsible for safely carrying out preventative, corrective, and project-related insulation and lagging work across manufacturing assets.Your duties will include:Installing, removing and maintaining insulation systems on piping, tanks, vessels and industrial equipmentFabricating and installing metal claddingInspecting insulation systems and identifying corrosion under insulation (CUI)



risksSupporting planned shutdowns and maintenance projectsCompleting maintenance work orders and updating CMMS maintenance recordsFollowing all site safety procedures including Permit to Work (PTW), Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO), and Job Safety Assessments (JSA)About YouTo be successful in this role you will have:Minimum 3 years' experience in industrial insulation and laggingPrevious experience working within chemical manufacturing, petrochemical, or major hazard facilitiesStrong understanding of PTW, LOTO and JSA proceduresBasic computer skills with the ability to enter maintenance notes and complete electronic timesheetsA strong commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanshipDesirable QualificationsAsbestos Licence (highly regarded but not essential)Confined Space TicketWorking at Heights TicketElevated Work Platform (EWP) LicenceIf you're an experienced Industrial Insulator looking for your next opportunity with a world-class employer, we'd love to hear from you.
