We are seeking full time Field Operators and Tractor operators to join our teams working out of our Tullamarine depot.
Reporting to the Crew Leader your day will consist of undertaking a variety of vegetation maintenance works, including slashing, brush cutting, mowing and herbicide application.What we offer:Competitive hourly rates with overtime availableSecure Full time, permanent positions $*****- $***** p/hCasual rates are available and can be discussed with suitable applicantsMonthly rostered days off (RDOs)All tools, PPE and uniforms suppliedOngoing training & development opportunitiesAccess to Employee Assistance Program (EAP)A workplace culture built on teamwork, respect and a focus on safety firstTo be successful in one of these roles you will have:Experience and skills in grounds maintenance and associated plant and equipment, including zero turn mowers, tractors, brushcutters;A current manual driver's licence (MR advantageous);A strong work ethic with outstanding time management skills;Construction Safety White Card;TMI Card (advantageous)ACDC Chemical Accreditation (will be highly regarded)Ability to pass any pre-employment physical, drug, and alcohol testingIdeally, you'll have previous experience in grounds maintenance or similar hands‐on roles, be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions, meet deadlines reliably,
