along with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Your duties will include but are not limited to the following:Opening and closing the PracticeScheduling appointments for new and existing patients.Attending to patients face to face, over the telephone and by emails.Responding to all correspondence through faxes, emails and by phone.Thorough understanding of the Medicare Benefits scheduleExperience in medical billings: Accounts / Invoices/ Workers Compensation.Making Patient claims to MedicareMedicare easy claims and batch resubmissions and reconciliationsClose of day proceduresPrevious medical centre experience and a working knowledge of Best Practice software is a must, with working knowledge of Excel and word.Must be computer literateStrong attention to detail and accuracy is necessary.Excellent verbal, written communication skill and professional phone manner.
