We are seeking experienced customer service professionals to join our ISS team at ourMelbourne Airportsitein the position of Customer Service Officeremployed on a Casualbasis.The Customer Service Officer (CSO) is responsible for meeting and greeting passengers, providing general communication, guiding, wayfinding, support to passengers, including those with additional needs across the Melbourne Airport precinct.The Position:You will provide a high level of customer service to traveling passengersAssist passengers with queries relating to moving through the airportManage passenger flow at screening point to minimise queuing timesStrong customer service focus and team player mindsetAbility to obtain an ASIC (Criminal history clearance)Hold a valid drivers' license and have own reliable vehicleFlexible in work hours with availability 24/7At least 2yrs customer facing experiencePass a Drug & Alcohol and Full Medical check at your own cost (Approx $300)Onsite, free car parking facilities included during shiftFull qualified uniform providedInternal opportunities within our global organisationISS is passionate about creating a culture that values inclusion and diversity, where all our people are treated fairly and respectfully.
