Support the management and growth of ESR's data centre portfolio across Australia and the broader Asia-Pacific region.Maintain and enhance financial models, forecasts, valuations and portfolio analytics to support investment and business decisions.Prepare investor, management and board reporting, including annual business plans, presentations and portfolio insights.Support portfolio management activities, acquisitions, due diligence and strategic initiatives across ESR's growing data centre platform.Partner with internal stakeholders, joint venture partners and external advisors to collect, validate and analyse key portfolio information.Contribute to joint venture workstreams, investment committee materials and investor engagement activities.RequirementsTertiary qualification in Finance, Economics, Commerce, Property, Engineering or a related discipline.1-4 years' experience in investment analysis, corporate finance, funds management, consulting or a related analytical role.Strong financial modelling, analytical and problem-solving skills, with advanced Excel capability.Solid communication and stakeholder management skills,
