We operate 22 residential aged care villages, 20 retirement villages and a range of home and community services across NSW and ACT.Position Information:RFBI Tamworth Masonic Village has an exciting opportunity for a full time Hospitality Supervisor to join our team.
Within this role, you will work hands-on in the catering area, preparing nutritional and appetising meals for our residents while also coordinating and supervising the catering team to ensure the smooth operation of the department and exceptional customer service.This is a blended role that combines hands-on food preparation with team supervision and catering coordination, making it ideal for someone who enjoys being actively involved in the kitchen while also supporting and leading a team.About the role:Plan, co-ordinate and supervise the team and resources ensuring the smooth operation of the catering departmentWork hands-on in the kitchen, preparing and serving nutritional and appetising meals for residentsManage and effectively allocate human resources, material,
