Business Manager – Automotive Finance & Insurance -QLDWe are looking for an experienced and driven Automotive Business Manager to join our growing dealership team.This is an opportunity for a high-performing finance professional who knows how to build customer relationships, maximise every finance opportunity and work closely with a strong sales team to deliver results.You will take ownership of the finance process from customer introduction through to approval, settlement and delivery, while maintaining the highest standards of customer service and compliance.The RoleProactively manage every sold order and finance opportunityManage finance applications from introduction through to approval and settlementPresent suitable finance and insurance solutions professionally and transparentlyMaximise finance penetration, conversion and income per vehicleWork closely with Sales Consultants and Managers to create solid finance introductions and handoversCoach the sales team to improve finance opportunities and conversionFollow up pending and incomplete applications and work with lenders to achieve the best possible outcomeBuild strong relationships with lenders and finance-provider representativesEnsure finance is fully approved, settled and cleared prior to vehicle deliveryMaintain accurate daily reporting across applications,
