If this sounds like a culture you would like to work in, you are invited to apply for this role.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with business stakeholders to understand operational and technology needs across SAP ERP platforms, including SAP EWM, S/4HANA, and ECC.Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.Facilitate workshops, conduct fit-gap analysis, and support solution assessments.Develop user stories, requirements traceability matrices (RTM), and process documentation.Support SAP EWM integration design, master data activities, testing, and validation processes.Drive end-to-end UAT planning, test script development, test data preparation, and execution support.Collaborate with business, technical teams,
and external partners to ensure successful project delivery and business value realization.Key DeliverablesWarehouse end-to-end process mappingEWM User Requirements Specifications (URS)Requirements framework developmentFit-Gap AnalysisRequirements Traceability Matrix (RTM)EWM integration and design supportData governance contributionsRisk and impact assessmentsEnd-to-end UAT scenarios and test scriptsProject documentation and stakeholder engagement activitiesSkills & Experience5–8 years of Business Analysis experience delivering business and technology change initiatives.Strong SAP EWM implementation and functional knowledge.Experience working with SAP S/4HANA and ECC environments.Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, and influencing skills.Experience working with third-party vendors and cross-functional project teams.Exposure to both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies is advantageous.Experience within regulated or complex global environments is highly desirable.Why Apply?
