lead from the front, and contribute to the company's continued expansion.The RoleIn this key leadership position, you will:Manage large-scale electrical construction projects, including major high-rise and tower developmentsLead experienced project teams, maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships, and ensure successful project deliveryOversee projects from initial planning through to completion and handoverWork closely with senior leadership to support strategic growth and business directionAbout YouSuccess in this role will come from your ability to consistently deliver outcomes and lead with confidence.You will ideally bring:Strong experience within electrical constructionExposure to high-rise or tower projects (highly regarded)Well-developed commercial and financial management skillsProven leadership capability with the ability to motivate and guide teamsA proactive mindset, strong accountability, and a solution-focused approach
