You will act as the link between clients, designers, workshop and installation teams — ensuring clear communication, organised scheduling and smooth project flow.This is a fast-paced role suited to someone who thrives in a creative production environment and enjoys balancing people, deadlines and detail.Key ResponsibilitiesClient CommunicationBe a primary point of contact for clientsCoordinate meetings,
updates and approvalsManage expectations around timelines and deliverablesMaintain professional and responsive communicationProject CoordinationAssist in developing and maintaining project schedulesTrack key milestones, deadlines and task allocationsCoordinate internal scheduling with Operations ManagerAdministration & OrganisationPrepare project documentation and job foldersIssue purchase orders and track supplier timelinesMonitor budgets alongside managementSupport quoting and handover processesMaintain CRM and project management systemsAbout YouHighly organised with robust time management skillsConfident communicator (written and verbal)Calm under pressure and solution‐focusedAble to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong attention to detailProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteExperience with project management software (e.g. Zoho, Monday or similar)Experience in exhibitions, events, shopfitting or construction (preferred but not essential)What We OfferOpportunity to grow with an expanding creative businessA collaborative and hands‐on team environmentExposure to exciting national projects and brandsReal responsibility and influence in shaping systems and processesCompetitive salary based on experience
