Our Small Business Banking team is dedicated to helping Australian small businesses thrive.
In this role, you'll deliver exceptional service to Small Business customers by understanding their unique needs and providing end-to-end support.
You'll also drive business development in your local community and strengthen client relationships through premium service delivery.
This opportunity offers flexibility in where you're based, with roles available across both Metro and Regional SA.

Your Role
As a Commercial Lending Business Banker,



you'll be the trusted advisor for small business customers.
You'll provide end-to-end support, from understanding their goals to delivering solutions that help them succeed.
You'll also represent CommBank in your local business community, building relationships and hosting events that make a difference.
What you'll do:
Build meaningful customer relationships and provide tailored financial solutionsOriginate business lending up to $1.25M, plus asset finance, merchant facilities, and everyday bankingSupport customers with both business and personal needs, including home lendingAct as a brand ambassador in your community, hosting education events and building referral partnerships
What we're looking for:
Experience in commercial lending or B2B salesHome lending experience and strong financial analysis skillsExcellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement abilitiesFSRA Tier 2 Accreditation and CAA Level 2 (or willingness to obtain)Passion for supporting small businesses and your local community
