and wellbeing of our people is our highest priorityFast-paced and team-focused environmentKey Responsibilities:Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on production equipmentTroubleshoot and repair mechanical faults to minimise downtimeConduct regular equipment inspections to ensure reliability and safetyAssist with plant upgrades, installations, and modificationsCollaborate with production teams to resolve mechanical issuesMaintain accurate records of maintenance activities and parts usedFollow workplace health and safety standards at all timesWhat You Bring to the Role:Trade qualification as a Fitter or Mechanical Engineer (essential)Previous experience in a high-volume manufacturing or food processing environment (preferred)Robust mechanical aptitude with problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamHigh attention to detail and commitment to safetyExperience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems (desirable)We're looking for people who are curious, caring, courageous, and committed to join us.
